Individual services

One hour personal training - £35

A fun, highly individualised movement-based session designed to give you strength where you need it, improve your core function and burn unwanted fat!

Half hour personal training - £20

A very popular low-cost, low-time option for those who want a Personal Trainer but have difficulty fitting it into their busy schedule.

One-to-one Pilates - £40

Rachel is a Mat Level 3 Pilates Instructor and uses the Realistic Pilates© method as a foundation for all of her personal training.  Are you looking to improve your posture, reduce backache and/or strengthen your core muscles without having to get sweaty and lift heavy weights?  Maybe you struggle to get up and down from the floor, or even putting your socks on in the morning?  Then Pilates is for you! 

In a one-to-one session we will work together closely on your individual posture and core strength at your pace.  Rachel’s teaching style is directed towards enabling you to understand your own postural challenges and empower you with the knowledge how to fix them.  You will be surprised at how few one-to-one sessions you need to feel the immediate benefits of Pilates!

One-to-one sessions last approximately one hour.  If you would like to set up a two or three-on-one Pilates session to share the experience (and cost) of the session with friends, please contact Rachel directly for a quote.

'2-on-1' one hour personal training - £45

Whether you need someone to give you that extra motivation, someone to split the cost or just like to hang out with a friend/family member, we can provide you with a great two-person workout, while making sure that neither person gets left out.  We take a maximum of two people for a great one hour session.

After an initial consultation, we will provide both of you with a programme that matches your individual goals by doing variations of the same/similar workout.

Fitness consultation - £45

A Boddy Language Fitness Consultation includes the following services and checks:

  • A detailed postural assessment
  • Body composition analysis (height, weight, girth, fat composition)
  • Goal setting
  • Core strength assessment
  • Medical history
If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing!  We take the time to carefully assess you medically, physically and holistically to set the baseline of your physical fitness levels and to create your truly individual service.  This consultation is included in all of our packages but if you are at the stage where you are considering starting exercise then what better place to begin?

Holistic lifestyle consultation - £40

Book in now for a Boddy Language Holistic Lifestyle consultation and find out why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence on your body, and how to correct it to get the body you want.

Your consultation process begins by filling out a series of questionnaires on ptEnhance, from which Ash will examine your underlying causes of disease and stress, and then through correct coaching show you how to prevent them through simple healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise.



PT Enhanced 'Boddy-to-Go' - £50

Bored of your current exercise routine?  Not getting the results you want? Why not try our Boddy to Go programme using ptEnhance?  You get:

Realistic Pilates™ 8 week course - £60

The purpose of this course is to improve your posture and strengthen your core muscles, in a small setting class (no more than 12 people).  This means you get more individual attention and can therefore progress more quickly. There are no drop-in spaces available on a course so your progression is ensured!  If you have attended a Pilates class before, you may find the Realistic Pilates© method quite different: we start with increasing your awareness of your body and build on this awareness to improve your strength and mobility.  This course is the perfect foundation for preventing injury and creating a strong core for your body!

Drop-in Pilates class - £9

Working on the principles of Joseph Pilates, these classes focus on identifying and strengthening your core muscles.  Drop-in Pilates classes are available for those who are not able to commit to a course of classes.  If you have not been to a class or course before (or just need a refresher!), Rachel will be available 15 minutes before any drop-in class to cover the basic principles, so you don’t feel left in the dark for half the class!

Outdoor ciruit - £5

We are passionate about helping people achieve their goals through fitness so we are offering you a full body, professionally designed programme suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our circuits vary every week, and include strength training, cardio sessions, and THUMP™ Outdoor Boxing Classes.

VIPR™ class - £5

Standing for Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning, this simple rubber weighted tube was created to allow training to be more integrated, natural, purposeful and free.

Boddy Language ViPR™ circuit classes last approximately 45 minutes, and are led by Ash Boddy.

The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and will give your exercise routine the variety and push that it needs, while building lean muscle and burning unwanted fat through fun, energizing strength and movement training.

Boxing can be the perfect workout: it’s fun, intense, challenges your whole body AND you can get rid of some pent up aggression!  We’ve designed a package using boxing techniques that will give variety to your exercise routine.

What does it involve?

Six unique 30 minute sessions which work on boxing technique, complimentary cardiovascular and strength exercises, and combinations.

What does it cost?
This package only costs £100.  You can book your sessions once a week, twice a week or every day if you really want to!

This premium holistic lifestyle package is designed to make significant changes to your fitness and physique, while enabling you to become an independent trainer. Perfect for someone with a specific goal and wants it bad enough to commit to it!

What does it involve?
This package is based on a four month commitment and is not for the faint-hearted!  As the weeks progress, you will be ‘weaned off’ personal training as you gain confidence in correct exercise technique. 

Month One: Following an initial consultation, you will start with three sessions per week for one month.  Week Two includes your Holistic Lifestyle Consultation as one of your weekly sessions. The focus on this month will be postural correction, stabilisation, and building a solid foundation for month’s two and three. If your goal is fat loss, then we will start to rev up that metabolism to get that fat moving!

Month Two: After a check-in to see how successful we were in month one, we will reduce our one hour sessions to only twice per week, with an additional half hour session per week, as well as ptEnhanced homework exercises to keep you going towards your end of month goal.

Month Three: After our third check-in to track your success, we will reduce our one-to-one sessions to only twice per week, with a focus on getting your training on our own with ptEnhanced homework exercises.

Month Four: Complete ‘Boddy-to-Go’ service including full final assessment and your personalised ptEnhance programme to keep you going, absolutely free!

It is important to change your workout on a regular basis in order to continue getting results.  However it can be difficult to design exercise programmes when you have other things to worry about, so let us do the hard work for you.

What does it involve?
Following an initial consultation, we will design a ptEnhanced exercise programme which is easy to follow and fits into your daily schedule.  This package includes four 1 hour sessions: we will meet with you once a week to monitor your progress and provide you with the right amount of motivation and encouragement to make sure you stick with it, and get the results you are looking for.  You will also receive phone or email support with either Ash or Rachel for the duration of the programme.
